Satyendra (Chelvi) Chelvendra

Chelvi is an impactful and innovative Agent of Change and a person centred Mentor , Coach and Advisor. 

As a Mentor/ Coach - He works with Executives and Start Up Leaders to realise their Potential, Personally and Professionally by helping them negotiate key Transition Phases and find their Confidence and Voice.

As an Advisor / Consultant - He works alongside start up teams, particularly in the ‘scale up’ phase, to develop strategies, capabilities and funding proposals to make a strong start and build momentum.

Chelvi has hands on experience in steering both the commercial and the personal.  He guides individuals to find their path to personal fulfilment whilst delivering professional outcomes. He creates a synthesis of two ideas: accountability for results and self-discovery.

As a practitioner, he has faced many challenges, reflected deeply, and as a consequence has a track record in transformation that few other coaches/advisors can offer. And it is these hard-won insights in senior roles together with his spiritual understanding that uniquely qualifies Chelvi to help us Pause, Reflect and Go Inwards during periods of transition, and, challenging times and develop a way forward.

Chelvi returned to Australia from the UK after a 10 year stint working as a senior executive at Royal Bank of Scotland and as a mentor/ coach to several start-ups and aspiring leaders. Prior to leaving for the UK Chelvi held senior positions at ANZ, Westpac and BCG.

Chelvi recently launched ‘Gift of Confusion.org ’ out of the desire to help more people navigate through key transition phases of confusion and disorientation and help them find their confidence and voice.

Chelvi is on his own journey of self exploration for more than 30 years and continues to enjoy the process of discovery.
